We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our team in Flintshire. As a senior leader in the Aerospace and Defence industry, you will oversee programme schedules, manage internal technical meetings, and communicate directly with technical experts in various engineering fields.
Responsibilities:
- Developing programme schedules through MS project understanding technical requirements
- Working with the Engineering manager to define design activities and schedules
- Collaborating with the Procurement Manager to ensure materials and components are delivered within defined schedules
This role requires excellent knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, competence in MS project or other project management tools, natural communication skills and ability to influence, experience in manufacturing, preferably in Aerospace & Defence, direct dealings with customers and programmatic matters.
The salary range for this position is £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus additional benefits. To be considered, applicants must have a strong background in the Aerospace or Defence industry, excellent communication skills, and experience working with customers and suppliers.
