About Our JobWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Royal Garden Hotel on a full-time basis. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
Job Description
- Manage telephone calls, email correspondence, and other means of guest communication with professionalism and efficiency
- Welcome and assist all hotel guests, with a particular focus on VIP guests
- Ensure operational Lobby presence is maximised, engaging guests promptly and personally
- Respond to guests' needs, requests, and complaints effectively and immediately
- Allocate guests to the correct room types according to their reservation and special requests
- Check guest profiles to highlight personal preferences that can be utilised to tailor in-room amenities
