We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care in the UK.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting with medication management and clinical equipment
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks and activities
