About the Role

The purpose of this position is to develop and implement effective solutions for complex and large-scale property assets within GreenSquareAccord's portfolio to ensure they meet the needs of the business. This may involve mixed tenure assets with management agreements and lease arrangements in place. The role will identify, create strategies for, and action solutions to optimize GreenSquareAccord's property assets in line with the business plan.

You will be responsible for identifying assets that do not meet the needs of the Group and its customers for financial, quality, compliance, or other reasons, and developing a route to optimization through ongoing management or disposal. This will involve complex lease and management arrangements, commercial approaches, and negotiations with key partners and agencies.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, a DBS check will be required.

About You

You will have a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modeling of property performance, and identifying strategies for management. You will understand and be able to review complex lease and management arrangements and be confident in identifying commercial approaches and negotiations with key partners and agencies.

You will have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers, as well as a good understanding of property law and financial analysis.
