Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sense, a leading charity that supports people with complex disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with sensory impairment and/or complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, including medication and wellbeing
- Accompany individuals on community trips, such as shopping or social events
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
