We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our residential day service in Carrickfergus. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with sensory impairment and/or complex needs to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, personal care and hygiene, finances, medication and wellbeing, and community activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support is provided.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
