About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Select Tech Group in Windsor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our Apple store.

As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales floor, collaborating with the Manager and Assistant Manager to cultivate a friendly and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will be to support your colleagues in meeting their targets and KPIs, while also driving your own sales performance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Apple brand and has a strong understanding of our products and services. You will be responsible for providing customers with a seamless and personalized experience, from initial contact to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the store
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Strong understanding of Apple products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Passionate about the Apple brand and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
