About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Select Tech Group in Windsor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our sales floor, working closely with our Manager and Assistant Manager to cultivate a friendly and welcoming environment for our customers. Your role will be to provide guidance and support to your colleagues, ensuring that every customer receives a personalized and exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer receives a personalized and exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and product displays to drive sales and engagement
  • Coach and develop sales skills in colleagues to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of Apple products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passionate about the Apple brand and products
