About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cedar Care Homes Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide resident-centred care, prioritizing the needs and preferences of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their medication, meal times, and mobility needs
  • Engage with residents in activities, such as hobbies, games, and social events

Requirements:
