About the Job
This Payroll Officer position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of 30+ professionals managing payroll for thousands of members of staff. With a strong focus on process efficiency and compliance, you will be responsible for designing and developing online payroll applications, handling timesheets and payments, and contributing to the team's success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems and processes within payroll
- Ensure payroll processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant
- Design and develop online payroll applications
- Handle timesheets and payments

What We Offer:
- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Hybrid model with flexible work arrangements

Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
