Project Support Officer

Solutions4Health is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Support Officer to join our team in Reading. This is a full-time Fixed Term contract position with a salary of £24,960 per annum.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client referrals and ensure a smooth referral pathway
  • Coordinate with wellness coaches to ensure they are fully equipped to run their sessions
  • Update the website with new articles, clinic information, and events
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with key partners
  • Participate in promotional events to increase referrals
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation
Requirements
  • Knowledge of behaviour change models and understanding of the impact of obesity on health
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing an efficient and effective service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and reporting to commissioners and stakeholders
