Job Title: Metrology Process Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Metrology Process Specialist to join our client's team in Deeside. As a Metrology Process Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing metrology processes and procedures to ensure accurate measurement and calibration of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement metrology processes and procedures to ensure accurate measurement and calibration of equipment.
  2. Perform measurement system analysis (MSA) studies to assess the capability and reliability of measurement systems.
  3. Conduct inspections and measurements using Leica laser trackers (400 and 900 series) with various attachments including scanners, t-probes, and b-probes.
  4. Analyze measurement data and generate reports using Spatial Analyzer to communicate results and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in metrology.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in using metrology software and tools.
  3. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
