MULTI TRADES RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Electrical Procurement Engineer for a leading MEP contracting company based in Shotton, Deeside.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 4-6 year project at Shotton Paper Mill.
- You will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, including tendering, sourcing, and supplier / contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement measures to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Analyse supplier and subcontractor offers to determine the most appropriate purchasing goal.
- Cary out negotiations with suppliers and coordinate contracts with the Project Manager.
- Create new material alternatives and check their usability in the project.
- Deliver orders of materials needed by the construction site, ensuring quality approval.
- Coordinate logistics and imports processes with Head Office Procurement Department.
- Continually track the supply market, engaging with existing and potential suppliers.
- Prepare related procurement reports/presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- CSCS card required.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
