This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in qualitative market research and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Management:
    • Engage with and manage research communities effectively.
    • Build relationships with community members to ensure active participation.
  2. Survey Launch & Incentive Management:
    • Coordinate and launch surveys targeting the South African market.
    • Oversee incentive distribution and maintain engagement through appropriate reward mechanisms.
  3. Translation Support:
    • Provide translation support using internal tools to ensure clarity and accuracy in research materials.
  4. In-Depth Interviews (IDIs):
    • Lead and conduct insightful in-depth interviews with participants.
    • Extract meaningful qualitative data to inform research outcomes.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyse qualitative data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the research team to produce detailed reports tailored to client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in IsiZulu (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in qualitative market research.
  • Strong interviewing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with research tools and platforms is an advantage.
