Job Title: Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer

Thrive SW is seeking a skilled Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to commercial properties within a 60-mile radius of Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to electrical and mechanical systems
  • Conduct site visits to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Oversee the work of sub-contractors to ensure high standards of workmanship and adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Electrician with 17th Edition or 18th edition certification
  • Experience working with HVAC systems and mechanical/plant room equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license
