National Sales Executive

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Complete Roofing Systems Ltd. As a leading national roofing and cladding company, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Building strong relationships with potential new customers through proactive outreach and follow-up activities
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery
- Managing the internal CRM system to track leads and customer interactions
- Providing expert advice to customers on our products and services
- Supporting the sales team and contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Generating sales reports and presenting key findings to the team
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous B2B outbound sales experience is essential
- No prior construction experience is required, but it would be advantageous
- Proven ability to work towards KPIs and report progress to management
- Strong lead qualification skills
- Demonstrated resilience and tenacity in the face of challenges
- Ability to meet specific deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload
- A positive and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering excellent results
- Excellent communication and response times
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (4pm finish on the last Friday of every month)
- An estimated salary of £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 25 days' annual leave
