About the Role

As a Mental Health Ward Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and services in a Private Independent Mental Health Hospital in Cheshire.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, and provide leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement care plans for patients with CAMHS, eating disorders, and other mental health conditions.
  2. Monitor and evaluate patient care, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  3. Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
  5. Promote continuous professional development and training for staff members.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. RMN Qualification with active NMC registration.
  2. Significant experience in CAMHS, Eating Disorders, and Mental Health Conditions.
  3. Proven management and leadership skills within a healthcare setting.
  4. Strong commitment to patient care and quality improvement.
Salary and Benefits
