Student Lifecycle Coordinator

The Student Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student record-keeping from enrolment to award, ensuring department and faculty colleagues understand the processes within our remit. This includes managing the team's workstreams, such as Change of Circumstances, Enrolment or Exam Boards, and ensuring the smooth operation of enrolment centres during main enrolment periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage student records from enrolment to award, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Lead on specific workstreams, such as Change of Circumstances, Enrolment or Exam Boards
* Manage enrolment centres during main enrolment periods
* Support major events such as examinations, A level Results day and graduation
Requirements
* Substantial experience of working in an administrative support role in a busy university environment
* Excellent knowledge of the SITS system or other equivalent student records system
* Demonstrable experience in managing others, both directly and indirectly, and in influencing others to achieve common targets
* Excellent interpersonal skills in both written and oral communications, with an ability to prepare reports and plans and present these to variable audiences
