Mpeople Recruitment Yorkshire is seeking a skilled Fraud Prevention Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Fraud Prevention Administrator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing fraudulent transactions on our client's website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create refunds into customer accounts
- Work from fraud reports to identify fraudulent transactions
- Provide documentation to banks and police to defend transactions
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures
- Foster a culture of vigilance, accuracy, and continuous learning within the team
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow strict processes
- Previous fraud experience beneficial
- DBS required for successful applicants
