We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Cricket St Thomas in Chard.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding guest expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Food and Beverage staff, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Collaborating with senior managers to drive business growth, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
