We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Taunton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage food and beverage operations to achieve sales targets and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
