Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools, resolving complex technical issues and escalating to senior engineers as needed.
  • Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and delivering Technology Service projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation, including training materials, for multiple systems, ensuring that technical information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell, coding, and APIs, ensuring efficient and effective technical support processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high-quality support to customers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain an active knowledge of information technology, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and applying this knowledge to provide expert technical support.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Service Desk Team to ensure seamless support, sharing knowledge and expertise to resolve complex technical issues.
