As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by fielding sales calls, recording and reporting price enquiries, and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fielding sales calls and promptly recording and reporting price enquiries.
  • Collaborating with external counterparts to manage accounts and secure the sales pipeline.
  • Producing official quotations and following up on them to conclusion, tracking won and lost information.
  • Generating sales reports and assisting with the tender process for specific projects.
  • Maintaining accurate reports, technical files, and tender files to ensure smooth operations.
  • Gathering market intelligence from our customer base to stay informed about the competition.
  • Placing orders and maintaining the customer database to facilitate efficient order processing.
  • Promoting and developing the company's image and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • A proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
