We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Office Angels. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by fielding sales calls, recording and reporting price enquiries, and managing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding sales calls and promptly recording and reporting price enquiries.
- Collaborating with external counterparts to manage accounts and secure the sales pipeline.
- Producing official quotations and following up on them to conclusion, tracking won and lost information.
- Generating sales reports and assisting with the tender process for specific projects.
- Maintaining accurate reports, technical files, and tender files to ensure smooth operations.
- Gathering market intelligence from our customer base to stay informed about the competition.
- Placing orders and maintaining the customer database to facilitate efficient order processing.
- Promoting and developing the company's image and building strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- A proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
