About the Role

The Prax Group is a leading presence in the global energy market, delivering innovative customer solutions across the world. We are now looking to recruit a Retail Services Administrator to join our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for any cash collection issues across all retail sites.
  • Process consumable orders on a monthly basis.
  • Handle Store IQ reports and functions.
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports for site and management use.
  • Reconcile wet stock weekly and monthly, ensuring accuracy.
  • Acknowledge and respond to all customer communications promptly, liaising with other departments as necessary.
  • Answer telephone calls within the Retail team and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Address and resolve any issues raised by retail sites.
  • Collate data for relevant reports, identifying trends and ensuring funds are recovered.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the retail maintenance team.
  • Offer ad-hoc assistance and support within the Retail team as needed.
  • Manage uniform orders for Greggs and Subway.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to Greggs and Subway operations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a retail environment.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn specialized systems pertinent to the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
