Compassionate Care Assistant Wanted

We are seeking a Compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide support to a 90-year-old independent dementia patient. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to offer gentle support while respecting the client's independence.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving lunch, making cups of tea, and engaging in friendly conversation. They will also provide gentle reminders, maintain a safe and clean environment, and follow specific care instructions provided by the family.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a caring and patient nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to offer gentle support while respecting the client's independence. Previous experience with dementia care is preferred but not essential. You will also need an Enhanced DBS check and the right to work in the UK. Female applicants only please.
Working Hours:
This role involves working in the client's home, and flexibility to work 3 to 4 days a week within the hours of 10:00 and 17:00 is required. In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
