We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our well-established group of GPs in the Maidstone area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP to enjoy a better work-life balance, with a reduced patient load and more time to focus on patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care to patients, working closely with a multi-disciplined team, including ANPs, Practice Nurses, and Clinical Pharmacists.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £12,000 per session, as well as a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave package, uncapped study leave, and an NHS pension.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality primary care to patients
- Working closely with a multi-disciplined team
- Managing a reduced patient load
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
- Qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
