Head Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Consultant to join our Technical Safety & Environmental team at KBR Consulting International.
Key Responsibilities- Grow and develop our Technical Safety and Environmental consultancy services, driving revenue growth and expanding our project portfolio.
- Interface with clients, creating compelling value-added propositions and leading proposal submissions.
- Oversight of Technical Safety and Environmental studies, ensuring technical quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
- Interfacing with other KBR departments to grow incremental revenue from existing projects.
- Providing technical and commercial inputs, oversight, and guidance to project teams.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Managing project risks, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality work.
- Training, developing, and mentoring the next generation of Technical Safety & Environmental team members.
- Relevant industry experience with a technical and/or commercial focus on Safety and Environmental engineering.
- Minimum education to degree level and holding an appropriate technical chartership.
- Depth of experience and knowledge in Technical Safety consultancy, Environmental consultancy, and emerging legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels of a client organization.
- Ability to travel for business trips on short notice.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with additional languages a plus.
