About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our team at the iconic May Fair Bar at The 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the bar operations team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high standards of drink preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our drinks menu, including cocktails, fine wines, and champagnes.
  • Direct the bar team to ensure efficient service, maintain high standards, and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure accurate stock management, maintain par stocks, and report discrepancies.
  • Process orders through Micros, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate bar closing procedures, including cashing up and ensuring a clean and organized bar area.
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mixology and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
