This full-time band 6 position offers a salary of approximately £40,000 per annum. As a Health for All Nurse, you will work with care-experienced children and young people, identifying their health needs and developing effective plans to promote their well-being.

Job Description:

We deliver acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health care services to our diverse population. Our shift pattern includes Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday: 8.30am - 4.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan the health needs of care-experienced children and young people
  • Work closely with local authorities, care providers, and other agencies to complete holistic health assessments
  • Liaise with other services to make onward referrals or escalate concerns as necessary

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree-level education, post-registration study relevant to this position, and IT skills. A driving license is also essential.
