We are seeking a High Profile Transaction Lawyer to join our Northampton office. As a High Profile Transaction Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile corporate transactions, providing high-quality legal advice to our top-tier clientele. You will also be responsible for advising clients on various corporate matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting due diligence, and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, strong academic background, excellent knowledge of corporate law and regulations, and proven experience in handling complex corporate transactions. You will also need to possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
