St Andrew's Healthcare is a leading mental health charity providing specialist care in mental health and learning disability. The Commercial Lawyer will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality patient outcomes and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of commercial legal experience, with a good knowledge of commercial contracts. They will be confident in decision-making, proactive in engaging with diverse teams, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on commercial contracts, including procurement contracts, customer contracts, IT contracts, and other services contracts.
  • Assist the business development team with the legal requirements of tenders and the bidding process.
  • Review and advise on property sales, purchases, leases, and general corporate transactions, including corporate finance and banking law.
  • Work with the clinical, business development & estates team to deliver their commercial strategies.
  • Identify risks and work with the Charity to mitigate/minimise those risks.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
