Job Overview:

This role involves operating heavy goods vehicles in accordance with company procedures, ensuring the safe transportation of goods while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating heavy goods vehicles across various routes
  • Ensuring vehicle safety and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Carrying out thorough checks on vehicles before and after use

Requirements:

  • 6+ months UK HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • Valid HGV 1/C+E Licence
  • No more than 6 points on your licence and no DD/DR convictions

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £17.88 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development. The pay rate breakdown includes:

  • Monday - Friday Days: £17.14 per hour including holiday pay
  • Monday - Friday Nights: £18.32 per hour including holiday pay
  • Saturday Days and Nights: £21.28 per hour including holiday pay
  • Sunday Days and Nights: £21.88 per hour including holiday pay
