Paralegal - Engagement Terms Specialist (FTC)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to join our Engagement Terms Team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our In-House Lawyers and assist with engagement terms queries.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal administrative role and possess strong organizational skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of initiative and willingness to learn.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Engagement Terms Team, including calendar management and inbox management.
  • Assisting with engagement terms queries and providing research and detail-oriented support to the team.
  • Managing the workload tracker for the team and attending weekly meetings to ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Organizing meetings and booking office spaces as required.
  • Assisting with projects and taking ownership of administrative duties related to a project.
