We are seeking a skilled Social Value and Client Relationship Manager to drive our social value agenda and build long-term client relationships in the construction industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social value strategies aligned with business objectives and client priorities. This includes monitoring and reporting on social value metrics, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for positive social impact, and leading community engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Value Strategy:
    • Develop and implement social value strategies that meet business objectives and client needs.
    • Monitor and report on social value metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for positive social impact and develop strategies to address these areas.
    • Lead community engagement efforts to promote the company's social value agenda.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Understand client needs and offer solutions to support project goals and objectives.
    • Lead client feedback initiatives to gather insights and improve services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social value, client relationship, or stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of social value frameworks and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
