We are seeking a skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful shopper marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Manage and execute end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns, including media planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, and customer marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
- Own the launch of new products and innovation platforms in-store, driving trial and penetration within our key accounts.
- Manage relationships with third-party agency partners, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working relationship.
- Guide and develop junior team members, providing training and support to build their skills and knowledge.
- Manage budgets and investments for shopper marketing initiatives, ensuring effective ROI and alignment with business objectives.
- Promote a 'shopper first' mindset across the business, considering the shopper in every business decision.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Relevant experience in FMCG, including shopper, trade, or customer marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful media plans and campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of agility and adaptability.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on driving innovation and growth.
