Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for contractors.
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll and billing processes.
  • Monitor and analyse payroll and billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll and billing, preferably within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
  • Experience with RSMIntime is preferable.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Salary: Estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum based on location and experience.
