Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a positive reputation for each service, ensuring that residents, their families, visitors, and other staff receive excellent care and support.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating a positive attitude and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Process invoices and follow up on settlements, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain complete staff files, ensuring that they are up-to-date and in line with relevant regulations.
- Ensure that the HR system remains accurate, with all staff data recorded and up-to-date.
- Process payroll information on a weekly basis, ensuring that all staff are paid accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows operating system, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, or equivalent.
- Understanding of mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and autism.
- Understanding of payroll, HR functions, and recruitment.
- Working knowledge of telephone systems.
- Good numerical and word processing skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills and a confident manner.
- Eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
