Job Summary

We seek a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to join our dedicated team. As an L&D Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting professional growth and enhancing the quality of care across our care homes. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, coaching and mentoring colleagues, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop tailored learning programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver training using diverse methods including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning approaches.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to reinforce learning and promote professional growth.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within our homes.
  • Collaborate with the Operational L&D Manager and L&D team to design, develop, and implement tailored learning programs.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning and continuous professional development across the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually. You should hold a training/teaching PTTLS qualification and ideally a relevant Learning & Development qualification. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms, and the ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions are also essential.

What We Offer
