Electrical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the electrical services and mechanical plant services at a flagship historical venue in South Kensington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily plant room checks and maintain the electrical services and mechanical plant services.
  • Carry out lighting, emergency lighting, air conditioning, and water treatment tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain BMS systems, UPS systems, and other electrical equipment.
  • Undertake all allocated tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Working Hours:
  • 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (2 earlies, 2 lates then repeat).
  • 07:00-17:30 (earlies), 16:00-02:00 (lates).
  • Cab home on late shift (must live within M25).

Requirements:
  • Experience working in commercial building services.
  • Electrically qualified.
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Testing & Inspection.
  • 18th Edition if electrically qualified.
