Care Home Management Opportunity in Cramlington

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in care home management, a good understanding of CQC regulations, and evidence of past CQC inspection (Good or Outstanding). Strong leadership and managerial skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility, ensuring compliance with CQC care standards and regulatory requirements, leading and guiding staff members, and overseeing medication administration and ensuring protocol compliance.

This position comes with an annual salary of £55,000, private healthcare cover, contributory pension scheme, and 33 days of annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. The successful candidate will also receive paid Enhanced DBS/PVG and NMC Pin Renewal Fees.
