Austin Fraser, an Education Provider in South Yorkshire, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Lecturer in Multiskills to join their Construction team.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Teach various programmes from Levels 1 to 2 in multi-skill construction courses, covering both workshop and classroom environments.
- Inspire students through hands-on and theoretical instruction in painting and decorating, basic brickwork, and joinery.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to varied learning styles and ensure all students achieve their full potential.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in painting and decorating.
- Experience in teaching low-level brickwork and joinery.
- Passionate about training and development in the construction sector.
- Possession of or willingness to work towards a teacher training qualification and a relevant assessor award.
