Job Title: Senior People Advisor

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Advisor to join our team. As a Senior People Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workplace issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of respect and inclusion.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on HR-related topics, including communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to the business on compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a senior advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including UK employment law.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
