About the Opportunity

This apprenticeship program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to become a qualified Early Years Educator. You will work alongside our experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and education to young children, and gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting.

As an Early Years Childcare Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from our expert team, gain a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, and complete at least 20% of your working hours in training, studying, or developing new skills.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £18000-£20000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to this, you will also receive comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your goals and progress in your career.
