About the Role

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also provide personal care and support with medication, bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. Our mobile care app will help reduce paperwork and enable you to deliver high-quality care. Every day will be different, and you will be supported by a close-knit care team and accessible managers.
