About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Nottingham club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fitness and wellbeing services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Take on a role that spans management, governance, and sales of major services, reporting to the General Manager and overseeing multiple departments.
  • Service Delivery: Be responsible for our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Program Development: Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training, continually improving site standards and team performance.
  • Team Development: Drive, develop, and support your team to achieve ambitious targets, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
  • Previous experience as a personal or fitness trainer, with a track record of driving PT revenue and designing fitness programs for groups and individuals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
