About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Nottingham club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple departments, including our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of our fitness programming, including studio classes and personal training
  • Drive and develop your team to achieve ambitious targets and continually improve site standards and team performance
  • Report to the General Manager and provide strategic leadership and guidance to multiple departments
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for major services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level
  • Proven track record of driving PT revenue and designing fitness programs for groups and individuals
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
