We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and a safe, secure environment for our residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Providing administrative support
- Liaising with residents, contractors, and suppliers
- Organizing activities and events
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing a high level of service, we would love to hear from you.
