About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Team, specialising in Pelvic Health.

The successful candidate will work closely with our consultants at our hospitals in Shrewsbury and Wolverhampton, providing high-quality clinical care to patients with a range of pelvic health conditions.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering effective clinical care, adhering to our values and beliefs at Nuffield Health, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of treatment standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patient needs.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and compliance with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Women's Health, with further professional training in Pelvic Health and continual professional development.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with the general public and healthcare professionals.
  • Competent and confident IT user with strong organisation skills.
