About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapy Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake advanced practice assessment and management of complex musculoskeletal disorders
  • Teach/mentor physiotherapists/other colleagues on best practices and evidence-based techniques
  • Administer peripheral joint and soft tissue corticosteroid injections safely and effectively
  • Order investigations such as bloods and X-rays, as required, to inform clinical decision-making
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience working in the NHS
  • Experience of working with a variety of MSK disorders, including neurology
  • Current relevant professional registration (HCPC Registration)
  • Evidence of working at masters level or equivalent across all 4 pillars of advanced practice

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
