About the Job

The successful candidate will lead a team of Community Sports Workers in delivering targeted interventions designed to address antisocial behaviour and promote social cohesion. To succeed, you will require a deep understanding of key issues impacting young people, as well as experience working in Children's services or a related field.

Your Qualifications
  • Nationally recognised coaching qualifications.
  • Relevant practice experience in Children's services or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed approaches and their application in real-world settings.
